Each situation is assessed individually by us. Please contact us at Support@lucentelli.com and include the following information:
- Order number and full name
- Photo/video of the damaged product where the problem is clearly visible
- A brief description of the problem
Damage to products due to normal use is not covered by the warranty conditions. If it is determined that this is a manufacturing defect, your product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please note that the warranty is void if a defect has arisen as a result of or results from carelessness because you or someone else has tried to modify the product or used the product for which it was not designed. In addition, losing jewellery is not covered by the warranty conditions.
14k Solid Gold
Handle your rings with care. Our 14k Solid Gold collection is not immune to normal wear and tear and activities. As a result, a bent ring due to careless use does not fall within the warranty conditions. In this situation we can only offer the option of bending the ring straight again. Damage due to a factory defect is within the warranty conditions.

RECEIVED WRONG / DAMAGED PRODUCT
Lucentelli strives to thoroughly check all products and your order before shipping. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. You can do this by sending an email to Support@lucentelli.com with the following information:
- Order number and full name
- Photo/video of the damaged product and a short description
If you inform us later than 3 days after receipt, we can no longer be held liable.
